• Designed and commissioned 3-format material handling capability at Fanuc robot EOAT.

• Led 12-station Cognex 2D-code scanning deployment integrated into Siemens S7-1500 PLCs.

• Designed and deployed container alignment system that greatly reduced robot pick faults.

• Built one-button HMI Home/Maintenance routines for all 6 Fanuc robots in the cathode plant.
